Working Hours: 0600-1400 / 1400-2200 on a 2 week rotation

Job Description:
We are currently looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our client's team as a Machine Operative. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in production and manufacturing. You will play a key role in supporting various departments, including production, warehouse, and maintenance, while ensuring that Health & Safety standards are maintained at all times. Your role will include assisting with warehouse duties, supporting production tasks, and maintaining hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the production, warehouse, and maintenance teams with daily operational tasks.
• Receive on-the-job training in operating conversion equipment, Silo blower, resin dryer, and core cutter.
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
• Meet deadlines and targets within a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate a positive work ethic and contribute to team success.
