Job description

Real Recruitment are currently recruiting a Gluing Machine Minder for our client who is based in Aylesford- (ME20) on a Permanent basis . This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that is thriving and growing by the day.

The role of Machine Minder involves overall minding and maintenance of the companies Gluing Machinery.

Whats Available To You :

• £33,000 - £37,000 dependent on experience
• 25 days holiday entitlement + 8 Statutory Bank Holiday allowance
• 20% Shift Premium Payable when on the night shift
• 15% Shift Premium Payable between 6pm-10pm
• Overtime available, paid at x1.5 standard hourly rate

Working Hours : 3-week rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday 0600-1400 / 1400-2200 / 2200-0600
