  • Act as a technical authority for M365, shaping strategy and standards.
  • Lead and deliver migrations, upgrades, and integrations (e.g., Exchange, SharePoint, Teams voice).
  • Provide escalation-level support for complex incidents and performance issues.
  • Develop governance, compliance, and security policies aligned to business and regulatory requirements.
  • Automate administration and deployment tasks using PowerShell and modern management tools.
  • Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and best practice guides.
  • Work closely with security, networking, and infrastructure teams to ensure a cohesive approach.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Active SC Clearance - mandatory.
  • Proven experience delivering and supporting large-scale Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Intune.
  • Deep understanding of Azure AD, identity and access management, and hybrid configurations.
  • Experience designing and implementing governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
  • Hands-on ability with PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business discussions.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with the Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Exposure to Microsoft Defender suite (Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365).
  • Voice/telephony integration with Teams.
