Our customer are a well established and growing FM Service provider, operating in both the UK and Europe, who seek a Contract / Operations Manager to join the team delivering M&E services one of their long-held accounts in Central London, close to Oxford Street. This organisation are responsible for planned and reactive maintenance to electrical, mechanical and general building services systems within this building, man‑management of a team of multi-skilled engineers, support staff as well as liaison with specialist contractors to deliver a 5* service. Guideline salary for this position is £65-68,000, while package comprises of a car allowance (£5,000) as well as standard benefits such as pension, healthcare, etc.
While candidates do not need to be qualified in an engineering it is preferable, and any interested parties must have a demonstrable history of delivering M&E maintenance or TFM contracts within a commercial / corporate services environment.
This is a well-known and long established account, which this organisation have run the M&E services for circa ten years. A fast-paced environment, it requires working alongside the account manager in order to liaise with on‑site customer, and will suit a focused and articulate individual who can deliver a strong service, be reachable and accountable with regular meetings, and drive positive culture for the site-based team.
