Position Overview

As an M&A Analyst or Associate, you\'ll work closely with senior professionals to support deal origination, valuation, and execution. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare pitchbooks, information memorandums, and management presentations
• Apply valuation techniques including DCF, LBO, and multiple analyses
• Support transaction execution and liaise with clients, investors, and advisors

Preferred Candidate Profile

Education:

• Master\'s degree from a top-tier university
• Strong quantitative background and financial acumen

Work Experience:
