Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an outstanding client experience that aligns with luxury service expectations.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of specialists to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Oversee product expertise within the team, supporting knowledge of luxury watches, jewellery, and high‑value items.

Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in luxury retail, ideally with exposure to high‑value watches or fine jewellery. Other sectors will be considered.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a sales team.
  • Proven track record of achieving commercial targets.
  • Refined communication skills and a polished, professional demeanour.
  • Deep appreciation for luxury craftsmanship and clienteling.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings.

The salary is up to £70,000 with a strong bonus structure based on individual and company performance. 26 days annual holiday + bank holidays, private healthcare after 6 months.
