Coach, a global fashion house, is seeking a Sales Associate in a fast-paced luxury retail environment in the UK. You will deliver an elevated shopping experience, meet personal and store goals, and support daily store operations while representing the Coach brand with professionalism.

You should have at least 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience, strong English proficiency, and comfort with POS systems and live selling activities. Flexibility for peak periods is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience with luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS systems (iPad, laptop) and basic tech.
• Strong English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver high‑level service.
• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross‑selling and upselling.
• Process transactions and support daily store operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom.
