Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in the UK to deliver an elevated shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations. The role blends luxury service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Schedule requires a flexible approach, including evenings, weekends, peak periods, and holidays. This is a frontline role with opportunities to grow within Coach and the Tapestry portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background and familiarity with social media, live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
• Walkie-talkie usage and data capture/ clienteling basics.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and uphold service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling, product knowledge and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling and personalized recommendations.
• Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Perform daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and merchandising.
• Keep sales floor and stockroom organized, follow policies and asset protection procedures.
• Process transactions efficiently and support inventory movements.
• Support teammates and participate in brand initiatives and training.
