Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience in a luxury retail setting in the United Kingdom. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations and omni‑channel selling initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience, strong English skills, and comfort with POS systems and data capture. Flexible scheduling and a passion for fashion are a must.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Strong English proficiency
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop)
• Knowledge of fashion trends and clienteling is a plus

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and expert product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use POS/mobile tools to capture data and drive repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and support daily store operations.
• Assist with stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
