Job summary

Coach, a global luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience and meet personal and store sales goals. You will blend luxury retail service with omni-channel selling, build client relationships, and support daily store operations.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and comfort with POS systems, live-streaming or social media, and data-driven clienteling. Flexible schedule required, including weekends and peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and follow style/service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
