Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience in our UK stores. You will represent a luxury brand and help drive engagement, loyalty, and revenue while upholding the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.

Key duties include meeting personal and store KPIs, processing transactions with mobile POS, building client relationships, and supporting inventory, visual merchandising, and daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
• Experience with POS and basic computer skills.
• Strong English language skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with social media/live shopping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising) while maintaining service standards.
