Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in the United Kingdom to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience in a luxury retail environment. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations and omnichannel selling.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience, strong English, and comfort with POS systems, social media, and live-stream shopping-style demos. Flexible scheduling and team collaboration are core aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and excellent customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in-store fashion sense.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style/service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling, product knowledge and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling and personalized recommendations.
• Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans to meet/exceed KPIs and support daily store operations.
• Source new customers, manage inventory movement and assist teammates as needed.
