Job summary

Coach is seeking retail professionals to represent the Coach brand on the shop floor in the United Kingdom. You will build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and fashion advice while driving sales and delivering exceptional service.

Experience with luxury retail, social media savvy and live-stream shopping is valued. The role features an evening shift pattern, strong team collaboration and opportunities for internal mobility and development.

Qualifications

POS operation experience and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop)
Strong English proficiency
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
Luxury retail background and social media savviness are a plus
Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is preferred

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
Maintain a high-energy selling environment and adapt techniques to business needs.
Handle daily operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising.
