Coach is hiring a Sales Associate in the United Kingdom to deliver luxury, personalized shopping experiences and meet store sales goals. You will blend high‑touch service with omni‑channel selling, while supporting daily store operations and maintaining brand standards.

As a frontline ambassador, you will build lasting client relationships, utilize clienteling tools and social platforms, and contribute to a collaborative, high‑energy team focused on growth and inclusion.

Qualifications

1+ years luxury retail sales experience
Strong English proficiency
Experience with POS operation and mobile POS
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling
Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop personal sales plans and meet or exceed KPIs.
Support inventory, cash wrap, merchandising, and daily store operations.
