Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand in our UK store. You will deliver a personalized luxury-shopping experience, meet sales goals, and support daily store operations.

This role blends luxury retail service, omni-channel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends; strong English required; prior luxury retail or live-stream shopping experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop)
• Strong English proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Luxury retail background or social media/video demo experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs
• Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques
• Complete daily store tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visuals)
• Keep floor and stockroom clean and organized, follow policies and asset protection
• Process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups)
• Support inventory cycles and product movement
• Assist teammates in various areas and foster teamwork
• Participate in brand initiatives and training programs
• Welcome feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanor
