Job summary

A premier hospitality service provider for high-profile events is looking for a skilled individual to manage VIP hospitality operations. The role involves meticulous planning and delivery of services during events, ensuring high standards and exceptional guest experiences. Candidates should possess strong leadership, organization skills, and the ability to work in high-pressure environments. The position requires travel for approximately 25 weeks each year, aligning with the F1 calendar, while maintaining a focus on outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-end hospitality environment with international focus.
  • Ability to handle challenging, stressful situations calmly and decisively.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to motivate staff.
  • Ability to travel and work abroad for approximately 25 weeks a year.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high level VIP hospitality and deliver the Absolute Taste food vision.
  • Coordinate live event management and ensure hospitality areas meet high standards.
  • Build relationships with high-profile guests and resolve service issues.
  • Prepare post-event reports to summarize successes and areas for improvement.
