We are seeking a Service Advisor for a premier West London luxury automotive group based in Brentford. You will serve as the crucial link between discerning customers and the workshop, guiding servicing decisions and keeping clients informed at every stage.

No direct automotive experience is required; a background in customer service, retail or hospitality, plus strong organisational and rapport-building skills, is highly advantageous.
