Mercedes Benz of West London, part of the Sytner Group, is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our team. You will be the vital link between customers and the workshop, delivering exceptional care and clear servicing information while keeping customers informed at every step.

We value communication, organisation, and a willingness to learn. Training is provided through in-house Learning & Development and manufacturer courses, with the role including weekend patterns to support peak

• Be the vital link between customers and the workshop, providing outstanding care.
• Inform and consult on vehicle servicing; keep customers updated at every step.
• Liaise with technicians/workshop control on vehicle statuses to ensure timely readiness.
