The Recruitment Solution is seeking a Service Advisor for a luxury car brand in North London. The role offers a salary of £40k-£45k per year plus benefits and an attractive OTE potential.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, handle bookings, file job cards, obtain authorisations, liaise with the workshop, arrange courtesy cars, and upsell services to maximise customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in main dealer service reception and customer service.
• Ability to upsell and handle administration tasks.
• Familiarity with RTC, One Link and Kerridge is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Meet and greet customers at service reception.
• Book in vehicles and raise/close job cards.
• Obtain work authorisations and liaise with the workshop.
• Arrange courtesy cars and manage invoicing and up-selling.
