Job summary

Sytner Group's Mercedes-Benz of West London is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to be the vital link between customers and the workshop. You will inform customers about servicing options, keep them updated at every stage, and liaise with technicians to ensure vehicles are ready on time.

No prior experience is required as training is provided through our in-house Learning & Development team and Mercedes courses.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer care and be the vital link between customers and the workshop.
• Inform and consult on vehicle servicing options and update the customer at every stage.
• Liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure timely readiness.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine rapport with customers to identify needs.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction in a busy environment.
