• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all Spa and Fitness areas.
• Ensure all guest amenities and supplies are fully stocked.
• Support the Spa Therapists and Reception team with daily operations.
• Provide warm and professional guest interactions.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Uphold Four Seasons standards of service.
