Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a luxury retail experience in our London store. You will drive sales through personalized styling, cross-selling, and product expertise, while maintaining store operations and client relationships.

The role requires strong English, 1+ year in luxury retail, and comfort with POS systems and social media tools for client engagement. Flexible schedule including peak periods is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience with POS and mobile devices.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Live-stream shopping or video demos experience a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador.
• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and drive repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Support daily store operations and inventory management.
