Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience in our London store. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily operations, and help customers with styling and product recommendations.

The role blends luxury service, omni-channel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Flexible schedule includes weekends and peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or fashion.
• Strong command of English and excellent customer service.
• Experience with POS operation and reading price sheets.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and manage daily store operations and cash handling.
