Job summary
Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience at our Edinburgh store. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations, blending luxury retail service with omni-channel selling.

Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
- Experience with POS operation and Mobile POS.
- Strong English proficiency.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador.
- Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
- Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
- Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales.
- Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory, visual merchandising) and support store operations.
