Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in the United Kingdom to deliver a premium, personalized shopping experience and drive store sales. You will engage clients, provide fashion guidance, and support daily store operations while upholding the Coach standard of service.

This temporary role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak periods, with a contract running from November through December 2026.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• A combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Strong English proficiency and fashion knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data.
• Develop personal sales plans to meet/exceed KPIs.
• Complete daily tasks: cash wrap, inventory, merchandising, and transitions.
• Maintain organized floors and follow asset protection procedures.
