Role Summary
The Priory Learning Trust is recruiting two Lunchtime Supervisors for our Speech & Language Base at Castle Batch Primary School Academy in Worle. The role runs Monday to Friday, 12:10–13:10, five days a week.
Responsibilities
- Oversee children at lunchtime and lead play activities.
- Listen to children and encourage their play while maintaining discipline in the playground.
- Promote student well‑being by encouraging good relationships, self‑reliance and self‑esteem.
- Help children practice good standards of personal health and hygiene.
Qualifications
- Good interpersonal skills with both adults and children.
- Understanding of the developmental needs of children.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- First Aid qualification desirable but not essential.
- Experience of working with children desirable but not essential.
