Lunchtime Supervisor

Location: Weston-Super-Mare

Salary: 14-15 per hour

Start Date: Immediate

Are you friendly, patient and enjoy working with children? We are looking to appoint a caring and reliable school meals supervisory assistant (SMSA) to join Tradewind. Working in a variety of Primary Schools in Weston-Super-Mare.

As a school meals supervisory assistant (SMSA) you will:

• Supervising children in the dining hall, playground and during wet play
• Encouraging good manners and healthy eating habits
• Ensuring the safety, welfare and good conduct of pupils during the lunch period
• Supporting children in resolving minor conflicts and promoting positive behaviour

About you:

• Enjoys working with children and is approachable and caring
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills
• Can work well as part of a team
• Is punctual, reliable and proactive
