The Role: Lounge Business Executive- 18 month Fixed Term

Step into a key role at British Airways as a Lounge Business Executive, where you’ll be instrumental in delivering a world-class experience across our network of British Airways and partner lounges. This is a customer-focused and commercially driven position, perfect for someone passionate about premium hospitality and keen to shape the future of our lounge offering on a global scale.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage the portfolio of British Airways and third-party lounge suppliers, ensuring delivery of an exceptional, consistent experience that surpasses customer expectations.
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for internal teams and external delivery partners, ensuring effective communication and operational alignment.
  • Oversee all aspects of lounge operations, including maintenance, supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs, food and health safety, and customer communications.
  • Secure business case approvals for lounge spend in line with British Airways’ financial guidelines.
  • Utilise customer insight and satisfaction data (CSAT) to inform continuous improvements and elevate the premium lounge experience.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to optimise cost efficiencies, improve service delivery, and unlock new revenue streams.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders to influence and deliver business priorities.
