You will collaborate with sales, product and engineering, own demo and PoC projects, and help tailor proposals. Travel up to 25% may be required.

This role emphasizes clear communication, technical depth, and the ability to engage audiences from technicians to CIOs.

Qualifications

• SaaS/B2B pre-sales or solution engineering experience.
• Excellent communicator, able to present to tech teams and CIOs.
• Experience integrating enterprise software in varied IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical presentations and demos to prospects.
• Provide technical consultations and articulate SysAid value.
• Own demo and PoC sites from strategy to deployment.
• Collaborate with sales, product and engineering on proposals.
• Liaise with product management for feedback and market needs.
• Represent SysAid at events and webinars.
