Job summary

Fullstory in London is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to enable Account Executives with demos, customized pitches, and business-case proposals across Commercial and Enterprise segments. You will work with AEs to advise on strategy and act as a liaison between Sales and Product.

You will build compelling presentations, map business challenges to our capabilities, lead product demonstrations, and help close deals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Sales/Solutions Engineering or Consulting role in data/analytics/SaaS.
• Experience leading product demonstrations or presenting data analysis to stakeholders.
• Understanding of modern web technologies (JS, CSS, HTML).

Responsibilities

• Map business challenges with our capabilities for mid-large organizations.
• Lead product demonstrations and drive deals to close.
• Consult with customers to tailor recommendations for Fullstory.
• Use AI tools to build demo environments and summarize discovery calls.
• Act as a technical SME and liaise between Sales and Product.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue goals.
