Job summary

Accenture London is seeking a Sales & Technology Transformation Consultant to help clients transform how they sell, serve customers and run commercial operations. You’ll work with CRM, CPQ, pricing, revenue and AI technologies across industries, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You’ll design processes, run workshops, map journeys, create use cases and help deliver global rollouts while developing your skills alongside a global network of experts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Sales, Commercial and Lead to Cash processes.
• Experience with CRM/CPQ platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, PROS, Zuora, Conga).
• Ability to apply AI innovations to transform business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales transformation engagements across CRM, CPQ, pricing and revenue domains.
• Design client processes and solutions; map journeys and create use cases.
• Plan and execute workshops and global rollouts ensuring consistency and scalability.
