Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Solid desktop support experience with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of document management systems (NetDocuments, iManage, or similar).
  • Experience supporting iPhones and MDM solutions (InTune).
  • Familiarity with video conferencing systems (Cisco, Neat, Poly).
  • Certifications such as MCSE, MCP, MOS are desirable.
  • Degree-level education and experience with Dell hardware.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
  • Flexible for occasional travel and participation in an on-call rota.

Responsibilities

  • Own and resolve IT incidents, keeping users informed throughout.
  • Install, configure, and maintain laptops and desktops.
  • Support iPhones via MDM solutions like InTune.
  • Diagnose root causes using tools such as Nexthink.
  • Provide expert advice on Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Assist with video conferencing setup and troubleshooting.
  • Administer the office phone system.
  • Escalate security issues and manage software whitelisting.
  • Support printers, copiers, and scanners.
