Job summary

A global trading firm is seeking a Logistics Stock Clerk to manage stock room activities across Greater London. Responsibilities include maintaining stock levels, overseeing deliveries, and ensuring asset management compliance. The role requires travel for training, and working hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm, fully on-site in London.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience working in a warehousing and logistics role.
• Strong scheduling and time management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple work streams.
• Detail-oriented, especially around documentation.
• Ability to communicate confidently at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stock room activities including asset tagging and delivery logistics.
• Maintain stock levels and agree reorder thresholds with stakeholders.
• Handle purchase requisitions, shipments, and discrepancies.
