The selected candidate will be stationed in Singapore and will be responsible for overseeing logistics operations and shipment movements for both Singapore and Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities - Singapore
- Coordinate and manage High Jewellery event (Across Southeast Asia) related logistics activities, including periodic reporting
- Consolidate and analyze lead time (LT) and freight performance reports; prepare and upload analytical dashboards to Power BI
- Prepare and maintain duty savings and cost optimization reports
- Resolve daily operational issues, with particular focus on DHL performance monitoring and lead-time control for MA and DHL shipments
- Monitor and follow up on SAP system issues across multiple countries, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Australia, and New Zealand, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
- Maintain accurate stock card records to support CITES permit applications and regulatory compliance
Key Responsibilities - Malaysia
- Review and approve pre-customs declarations for import shipments on a daily basis
- Monitor and manage all import and export shipments, including repair/return, CVM, general supplies, inventory movements, and press samples
- Provide feedback and performance assessments on local customs brokers and logistics service providers to the regional logistics team
- Coordinate and support participation in the Indirect Taxes Voluntary Disclosure Program
- Arrange armed and non-armed courier shipments as required, including high-value deliveries, rebalancing, pull-backs, sold order requests, and HJ transfer
- Manage logistics-related license renewals, including CITES licence renewal
- Manage deposits with local brokers and last-mile service providers, and support the Hong Kong finance team by provided shipment nature and supporting documentation
- Maintain and file tax and logistics records for voluntary disclosure and audit purposes.
