Job summary

FedEx is hiring an Operation Support Agent on a temporary 12-month contract in Maidstone, United Kingdom. You will handle customer queries, coordinate shipments, and support data entry in our in-house tracking system.

The role requires clear communication, the ability to work under tight timelines, and meticulous time management in a fast-paced environment. Shifts are 06:00–15:00, 40 hours per week, with a base rate of £14.02 per hour plus evening/night premiums.

Responsibilities

• Ensure urgent packages reach the right place on time.
• Answer incoming customer calls about shipment collection and delivery.
• Check and investigate failed shipments or collections; reallocate for next day delivery.
• Enter data into the in-house tracking system.
• Communicate and collaborate with the team, manager and other stations.
• Adhere to FedEx processes, procedures and regulatory requirements.
