• Investigate failed shipments or collections and reallocate for next-day delivery as needed.
• Enter data into the in-house tracking system.
• Collaborate with team, manager and other operations stations to maintain smooth operation.
• Adhere to FedEx processes, procedures and regulatory requirements.
