FedEx in the United Kingdom is looking for an Operations Support Agent to join our team in Frome. You will help ensure urgent packages are routed correctly and on time, handling customer calls and data entry in our tracking system.

The role offers a 40-hour week with a Monday to Friday 11:00–20:00 shift and hourly pay of £14.02, plus premia for late/evening hours. Training provided, with opportunities for career progression within a global logistics leader.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure urgent packages reach the right location on time.
• Answer incoming calls regarding shipment collection requests and delivery inquiries.
• Check and investigate failed shipment deliveries or collections and reallocate for next-day delivery.
• Enter data into the in-house tracking system.
• Maintain clear communication and collaboration with the team, your manager, and other operations stations.
• Adhere to FedEx processes, procedures and controls, and regulatory requirements.
