Job summary

Culina Group Limited in Rugby is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact for customer queries, handle orders and returns, and support across departments with admin tasks as needed.

The role requires strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and excellent organisational skills to manage a busy workload and peak periods.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Point of call for all customer queries.
• Responding to customer service emails.
• Contacting customers regarding order queries.
• Communicating delivery times and options.
• Updating clients on previous orders.
• Handling customer returns daily.
• Completing and formatting reports on time.
• Recording non-conformances and feeding back to the client.
• Circulating reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Performing additional administration tasks as required by the Customer Contract Manager.
