Job summary

Culina, the UK's leading independent specialist supply chain partner, is seeking a Customer Service Administrator for its Contract Logistics division in Salford. This full-time, office-based role supports day-to-day customer service and contract administration in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle queries, order chasing, reporting, and KPI-driven tasks; the team values accuracy, collaboration and proactive improvements, with varied shifts Mon–Fri and some weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Geography knowledge for routing and delivery comprehension.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Able to work without direct supervision and manage tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer service queries and requests.
• Create daily/weekly/monthly service reports and exports for compliance.
• Chase orders and resolve delivery issues; plan exports and haulier quotes.
• Maintain export controls tools and order confirmations in systems.
• Exceed KPIs and capture charges outside contractual scope.

Life in this role

As part of our, Contract division, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Customer Service Administrator on a full time permanent basis, this role is fully office based.

Working hours:Monday - Friday rotating (07:00-15:00, 08:00-16:00, 09:00-17:00). With flexibility to cover weekends when required.

As a Customer Service Administrator you willsupport the day to day administration of Customer Services, offering outstanding contract support and customer service in a fast paced friendly environment and providing a continuous professional and dedicated service.

Job responsibilities of Customer Service Administrator include:

• Resolving various customer service queries and requests.
• Creating Daily/Weekly/Monthly Service reports and Exports reports on compliance.
• Chasing orders and resolving delivery issues.
• Checking Daily Order Audits.
• Planning Parcel Traffic Orders and Communications.
• Planning Export Order collections – Haulier Quotes and Confirmations.
• Maintaining Export Control Tools and Special Delivery Orders.
• Using the Customer Web Based Order Confirmation Systems Compliance.
• Exceeding agreed KPIs.
• Capturing all charges outside of contractual agreement.
• Liaising with personnel across different levels (Shift Managers, Transport Coordinators, Stock Control, Customer Service & Client Support Colleagues).
• Proactively looking for conscientious improvements.
• Dealing with day to day operational issues.
• Manual Order entry and special pick intervention.

Qualifications

What you’ll need ...

• Good geographical knowledge.
• Proficient in computer literacy including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
• Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines.
• Able to work on own or as part of a team.
