Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for all customer queries.
• Respond to customer service emails.
• Contact customers regarding order queries.
• Communicate delivery times and options.
• Update clients on previous orders.
• Handle daily customer returns and related actions.
• Ensure reports are completed and circulated to relevant stakeholders.
• Record non-conformances and facilitate corrective actions.
• Support additional administrative tasks as directed by the Customer Contract Manager.
