Culina, the UK’s leading independent specialist supply chain partner, is seeking a Customer Service Manager for its Contract Logistics division in Banbury. You will plan, coordinate and control the activities of a service team to maintain and enhance client relationships and meet objectives.

Key duties include leading daily operations, implementing policies, managing budgets, mentoring staff and driving continuous improvements while maintaining high client service standards and KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Considerable experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong understanding of post-despatch operations and advisory capabilities.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a growing business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct daily operations of the service team and ensure team members understand their roles.
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures based on feedback and KPI data.
