Culina Group in Rugby is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. You will be the point of contact for customer queries, respond to emails, and manage order-related communications.

Daily returns handling and supporting admin tasks across the business will be part of the role. We value strong communicators with good MS Office skills, excellent organisational abilities, and the flexibility to work in a busy environment, including peak periods

Qualifications
