Culina Group is hiring an Operations Administrator at our Rugby site on a full-time permanent basis. You will support day-to-day site operations, facilities, H&S and compliance while working the Tuesday-Saturday nights shift (7pm–5am) and delivering high-quality administrative service.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative team within a logistics/warehouse environment.
• Clear communication with colleagues and external stakeholders.

• Plan, organise and prioritise work to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor H&S portal and report incidents and near misses.
• Collate monthly H&S check information and actions.
• Take and issue monthly H&S meeting minutes and follow up actions.
• Book contractors for remedial works and communicate status.
• Issue permits to work when required.
• Manage diary for contractor services and inspections.
• Request quotes for site repairs.
• Schedule internal audits and communicate findings.
• Manage site inbound/outbound post and mail.
• Coordinate meeting rooms and catering as needed.
• Handle adhoc site purchasing cost-effectively.
