A leading aggregate supplier in London is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to streamline operations and ensure efficient order fulfillment and vehicle scheduling. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a good understanding of logistics. As one of the South’s leading aggregate suppliers, our logistics operation is at the heart of keeping materials moving across our network. We are looking for an organised and proactive individual to join our Greenwich team as a Logistics Coordinator, ensuring that customer orders, vehicle scheduling, and day-to-day transport operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Logistics Manager, Assistant Logistics Manager, or Logistics Supervisor
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a central role in keeping our operations moving efficiently and safely. You’ll be the key link between our customers, drivers, and depot teams, making sure that orders are fulfilled on time, vehicles are scheduled effectively, and safety standards are maintained across the board.
We’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills, great communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment. If you enjoy problem-solving, coordinating people and resources, and ensuring things run smoothly, this could be the role for you.

43.75 hours – 8.75 hours per day Monday – Friday, between 0600-1800, with 45 minutes for lunch (unpaid). Plus 4.5 hours on 1 in 3 Saturdays, between 0600-1200
This is dependent on location and experience but consists of a competitive salary and regular bonuses related to the Company’s profitability. We actively support learning, progression and development programmes.
