Job summary

Confidential is recruiting for a Customer Contact Centre Advisor to join a busy logistics and distribution operation in Wolverhampton. You will handle customer enquiries by telephone and use IT systems to record and update information.

The role requires previous customer service experience, a good telephone manner and flexibility to work shifts between 06:00 and 22:00, across 5 days out of 7 including weekends. Immediate start and 37.5 hours per week. Pay is 14.21 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with customers.
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
• Flexible approach to working hours and business requirements.
• Must be available to work any 5 days out of 7.
• Weekend working will be required.
• Flexibility to work early, middle and late shifts.
