Job&Talent in Castle Donington is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join a leading logistics company. You will handle customer queries, deliver confident, caring service and help customers find the best solutions in a fast-paced, global environment.

Shift pattern runs 08:00–19:15 with 37.5 hours per week. A DBS check and 5 years UK residency are required, plus 6 months in a call centre and prior sales experience.

Qualifications

• Must have lived in the UK for the last 5 years.
• Must have a clean DBS check.
• Must have at least 6 months experience in a call centre environment.
• Must have previous sales experience.
