Job summary

FT Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a brand new client based in Smethwick for a dedicated Customer Service Advisor. You will respond to inquiries, resolve issues and provide product information with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

The role requires excellent communication, CRM proficiency and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Evening, weekend and holiday shifts may be required; opportunities for progression and ongoing training are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Handle a high volume of calls and emails from customers.
• Accurately enter customer information into the company database.
• Collaborate with team to achieve department goals.
• Maintain understanding of products, services and policies to assist customers.
• Follow established procedures for handling complaints and escalation.
• Provide product recommendations and assist with order placement or modifications.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
