The role involves working up to 5 days per week, including weekends; earliest start 06:00 and latest finish 22:00. Pay is £14.21 per hour with regular overtime; long-term ongoing work and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with existing customers and clients by telephone and email.
• Answer phone calls from clients.
