Job summary

Flourish in Birmingham is seeking a focused Business Development Executive to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing and account development. The role covers the West Midlands with a drive to meet KPI targets and build viable client relationships.

The position offers £30,000–£35,000 base salary plus uncapped OTE (£35,000–£45,000). Full UK driving licence is essential and comprehensive training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close and ongoing account management
• Identify and win new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings across the West Midlands
• Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Understand client logistics needs and present tailored solutions
• Work towards and exceed KPI and revenue targets
• Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and sales forecasts
