Flourish in West Midlands is seeking a motivated Trainee Account Executive to join a growing logistics team. You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting through to closing and account development.

No prior sales or logistics experience is required; full training will be provided. The role offers £30,000–£35,000 base + £35,000–£45,000 OTE, with lifetime growth potential and a 12-month structured training program.

Qualifications

• A drive to hit KPIs/targets and develop opportunities.
• Ability to manage a defined sales territory independently.
• Comfort in conducting face-to-face meetings with clients.
• Must hold a UK driving licence and be willing to travel.
• Strong self-motivation and work ethic with a proactive mindset.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close and account development.
• Identify and win new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings across the West Midlands.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand client logistics needs and present tailored solutions.
• Work towards and exceed KPI and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and forecasts.
